Project interaction

Client communication. Client communication is conducted via local office contact and direct communication with project leaders through email, telephone, real-time Internet chat (MSN, icq, Skype, etc). Company can also arrange visits of client representatives to Ukraine.

Language of interaction. Languages of communication are Russian, Ukrainian, English.

Contact time availability. From 10 am till 7 pm GMT +2. All emails or other communication received within this timescale are processed immediately.

Project progress. iLogos provides clients with any requested data on the state of project fulfillment. Basing on experience of the company, iLogos believes that the best methods for such interaction are regular reports, regular conferences, and provision of intermediate results.

Regular reports. iLogos issues regular customer reports - daily, three-daily and weekly.

Intermediate output. iLogos can provide intermediate product versions - weekly or monthly.

Other communication methods. Essentially, iLogos can accommodate any other form of desired communication convenient to the client.
