Setting up a center

iLogos will begin setting up a Center when the financial plan is approved. While setting up a Center iLogos's administrative personnel, HR and Technical Support departments will all be involved and the following will be done according to the plan:

1. Sign the Master Service Agreement
2. Find desired office space
3. Recruitment selection and job placement paying attention to required skills and experience
4. Set up telecommunications (external digital telephone lines, internal phone network, local network)
5. Set up office infrastructure and workplaces
6. Configure computers, local server(s)
7. Come to agreement about communication standards and reporting format
8. Plan staffing
9. Fill the Center's positions
